Future Goals

With my continuation of my education to enter faculty of education at Queens I have many new doors opening. I have a S.M.A.R.T goal for my future education.

S- My goal is to bring my knowledge regarding inclusive practice into my lecture discussions.

M- I can measure this goal by reflecting with my peers regarding this topic. Having a discussion on what they have learned.

A- This is attainable as I will have the opportunity to engage in class discussions with my peers

R- This is a relevant goal as inclusive practice is crucial for the field. Educators need to be aware of inclusive practice and demonstrate it within their practice. T- I want to have obtained this goal by the first month of my semester starting in May of 2022.

Another goal I have is to regain my communication skills in person after being online for so long.

S- I want to feel natural again when communicating in situations such as lectures.

M- This is a measurable goal through my self reflection and comfort of communication. I know myself best.

A- This goal is attainable as I know that in the past I was able to communicate with people. This means that one day I will be able to communicate again with people (fingers crossed).

R- This goal is relevant as I communication is a crucial skill in everyday life and the field.

T- I want to have this goal reached by June fifth 2022.
